MAMMOTH DeFi AMA
On August 30 2021, we held our first AMA over at our Telegram Group, where the community had a chance to post their questions and get answers right from the Mammoth’s mouth.
Here is a transcript of our team’s answers for those who missed the AMA:

Will mcap appear next to the token?
Yes!
Does the bot, app and reward views merge somehow?
You saw a preview of our honeypot hunter bot — it is soon becoming a premium tier 1 tool that ICE users can utilize to test tokens without needing to buy with their own wallet. There will be a separate announcement for this tool.
Is something new promised?
Officially, the honeypot hunter bot, but there are a few other features that are coming up this week.
What are your goals and schedule for this year?
Our goal is to have our entire features and toolset fully deployed at AVAX by the end of september / middle of october, before starting to collect ideas for AVAX-only exclusives.
Why hold ICE?
We are about to announce single-stake access to premium: This means, you will be able to unlock tools not only with LP tokens, but now also by just holding ICE. This is necessary because you may want to deposit LP at our Rewards program, and doing so would remove your access to premium.
What kind of mcap can you expect in the future for an ICE token?
We can’t predict the future, we can only let you know that we are working to make this platform as feature-rich as possible, and we are sure people will see the value on that if our community continues being as engaged as you’ve been.
Are you serious about this project / is this your main thing?
We both have “real-life” jobs that pay our food and bills, because we don’t want to touch our developer tokens to get paid for our work. That being said, our projects aren’t just hobbies, and we do invest a significant amount of time on ICE development.
At some point, will you also see tokens purchased from Joe in your portfolio?
Yes, we are implementing their SDK, and we will add a button to switch between different DEXes to see the prices at each of them
What about LP additions?
Not sure what this means
Are you adding more administrators to this group?
Yes we are looking for people to help, especially in the Asian and American region
Will there be shilling competitions?

We shared some of our projects here before; to mention a few, we have our own DEX at KCC, EtherLite and MoonRiver / We have portfolio management tools at AVAX and Polygon / We have back-end infrastructure projects at BSC.
Ideally, we would like all of these ecosystems to interact with eachother, which is a longer-term goal of the team in general.
Our education is in the field of computer science/IT infrastructure

What is your job outside crypto, or is this your main job?
We work on IT, as mentioned above
Is this your main project, and how focused are you on this?
We allocate about 75% of our development time to AVAX, as we still have lots of features to implement
Do you have a timetable for these upgrades you have planned?
We would like to share a Roadmap with the community via MEDIUM, once it is set up
When can we get that roadmap or litepaper?

I am learning Haskell, to later be able to understand ADA’s own development language. It would be great to support that chain, but it is quite a steep learning curve coming from the EVM world

We depend on some third-party tools that have been having issues parsing wallets recently; not only on AVAX but also on other networks. We are working with them to solve these issues ASAP, but it’s not an easy task considering the amount of data involved.

But our partnership with them is quite good, and we already have identified the issue

Our longer-term goal is to finalize the implementation of the full portfolio management feature set at AVAX and eventually connect all the dots to have a multichain ecosystem

This is a spoiler: We are working on our own charting solution. The back-end is ready, and we are currently working on the integration with the front-end using TradingView.

We mostly use Twitter, Reddit and Telegram word-of-mouth. From experience, YouTube videos or paid influences do very little for long-term growth so we aren’t looking into that. But we also like to hear ideas from the community

Short term, we expect AVAX to show a small correction (AKA crabbing); but long-term, we think it has a good chance to have some vigorous growth, especially since large well known projects have already announced their intentions to start supporting AVAX
